Interim - SAP Organizational & Change Manager

For a client, I am looking for a Senior SAP Organizational & Change Management Consultant (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the OCM (Organizational Change Management) strategy for an international SAP transformation program.
• Advise and act as a sparring partner to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders at both corporate and country-organization levels.
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes within an international and politically sensitive environment.
• Independently plan and execute change impact assessments, stakeholder management activities, and communication initiatives.
• Lead management-level workshops and facilitate critical decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with program management, business leads, and local organizational units across multiple countries.
• Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the SAP project team in alignment with the SAP Activate methodology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in organizational change management, including several years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record as an OCM Lead in international SAP transformation or ERP programs.
• Ability to independently drive and take ownership of complex programs with minimal operational oversight.
• Experience working with executive sponsors, C-level stakeholders, and country management teams.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, organizational development, and change adoption.
• Experience with SAP Activate is an advantage.
• International project experience; experience with global rollouts and/or projects in Asia is particularly welcome.
• Business-fluent English and French language skills (French is mandatory).
