For a client in Paris, I am looking for an SAP Organizational & Change Management Consultant (m/f/d).
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3–4 weeks (extension possible)
Workload: 100%
Location: Remote, with occasional on-site presence in Paris
Project languages: French & English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies in an SAP environment
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Analyze and assess the organizational impact of changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management within an SAP environment
- Knowledge of organizational development and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
