Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Solution Architect pour un client acteur majeur de la transition énergétique dans un contexte international.
Job scope :
Our customer has been digitalizing its processes for several years, has many building blocks to derive value from the Digital in the broadest sense and wishes to accelerate its digitalization by capitalizing on what has been done so far. 
Our customer recently created a Business Unit called T&P (Technology and Products). Digiteam mirrored this business organization by creating a T&P Digital Domain. The priority of this domain consists in bringing digital capabilities for T&I (Technology and Innovation) including digitalizing Labs activities
In order to develop Digital Solutions for the domain, Digital teams need to manage Key Drivers specific to this domain like Connectivity, Data Privacy, Data Sovereignty, Intellectual Property. For this specific domain, Digiteam is looking for a resource capable to handle the above risks, understand the specific business constraints…and propose pragmatic solutions which are following the Architecture principals and standards
The planned activities of the solution architect are listed below :
1. Business-Technology Alignment
• Engage with Product teams to understand product requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate business needs into a solution design that fit within TEN's enterprise architecture framework (Architecture Documents , HLDs & LLDs) .
• Act as a consultant to guide business transformation initiatives and ensure architecture decisions enable business agility and innovation.
2. Solution Architecture Design and Delivery
• Develop and maintain the current and future state architecture of the assigned product.
• Provide solution blueprints and technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards (e.g., TOGAF).
• Ensure data continuity between the products in his scope and other products if required
• Propose solutions managing Data privacy and sovereignty constraints
• Prepare environments and the development cycle for the solution
• Produces architecture deliverables to validate technical Gates
• Define and Control execution of solution’s technical KPIs
• Support agile delivery by guiding development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
3. Governance and Standards Management
• Collaborate with the Digiteam Design Authority & Enterprise Architecture team to ensure product compliance with T.EN architectural principles.
• Proactively identify technical debt within the product and propose strategies for its resolution.
• Contribute to the creation and promotion of reference architectures and solution patterns.
• Fulfill the company Application Portfolio (CMDB) on his domain
4. Collaboration and Enablement
• Participates in estimating the budget
• Facilitate collaboration between platform architects, cybersecurity teams, and data governance leads to ensure end-to-end solution integration.
• Foster alignment between product and platform roadmaps to maximize cross-functional synergies.
5. Emerging Technologies and Innovation
• If required, conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for emerging solutions that support the domain’s evolution.
Must have: 
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication.  
• Minimum of 7-10 years in solution architecture roles, including experience in product/platform operating models.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations, balance priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in modern integration approaches (e.g., APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies).
Nice to have: 
• TOGAF Certification.
• Familiarity with AI/ML architectures and their business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing and Research and Development specificities are a +.
• French Speaking & writing
